The Case di Simonetta in Siena are 2 very central historical apartments ("B&B Simonetta" and "Casa Solange") completely renovated with the following types of accommodation:

B&B Simonetta is located at the second and third floor of an elegand and bright palace, it’s located as a B@B or as an apartment, some rooms have air-conditioning, it consists of:
1) Under floor : 1 double room and a single room sharig bathroom, triple room with private bathroom, kitchen, dining-room, 2 sitting-rooms
2) Penthouse consisting of: double room, sitting-room with 2 beds, bathroom, balcony, spectacular view

Apartment Solange is a ground-floor apartment with private garden, also suitable for longer stays and for large famiglie even with elderly people. It consists of :
1) 1 double/triple room with private bathroom and private kitchen opening into private garden,
2) another double room and a quadruple room opening into private garden sharing another bathroom and another kitchen,
3) Sitting-room
4) Private garden.

Amenities

Guests of B@B Simonetta, Piazzetta Luigi Bonelli 1, have access to 2 sitting-rooms and to shared panoramic balcony. The rooms are provided with flat screen cable TV and with private or shared bathroom. If the whole apartment is rented breakfast isn’ provided but guests can use the kitchen. Free WI-FI, family rooms and balcony. The quadruple room is equipped with air conditioning. Children of all ages are welcome. Baby cots provided if available. .

APARTMENT Solange, Vicolo di S. Salvadore 3, has provided with free WI-FI and kitchen-use, cots if available, pets allowed by agreement with the owner.
